Troubleshoot Time Fibre Internet

How to identify and fix issue related to Time Fiber Internet

Step 1: Verify the internet connection. Please make sure that both the Fibre Modem and Wifi Router are switched on. 


Check the status lights on the router. If one of the lights is red or orange, that means that the Internet is currently unavailable.

Step 2: Make sure that all cables behind the router are secure and plug into the right port.


Make sure the Fibre Optic cable is securely attached to the white Fibre Modem

The cable for Fibre Modem should plug into the Lan 1.

The cable for Wifi Router should plug into the Internet Port which is blue in colour.

Step 3: If all the above is done, you need to switch off both the Fibre Modem and Wifi Router.


Switch on the Fibre Modem first, then after 1-minute switch on the Wifi Router.

Step 4: Check the lights again, if it is still red you can contact our IdealHub member support rep
