CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS, DURIAN:
Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.), and durian are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no deposit refunds.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.
Early check-in is offered based on availability and subject to additional charges depending on the time of check-in.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at IdealHub property. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government-issued photo identification (Identity card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) before check-in. Security deposit payment is required for all the properties.
We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name and phone number. Information regarding your license plate/car description may also gather at check-in for security.
Property rental period expires at 12:00 p.m. Additional hour or day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.
Check-out time is 12 p.m. Please inform the reservation on your check-out so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible. If you require a later check-out, please contact our reservation team prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge will apply for late check-out.
Guests who check out of the hotel after 12:00 p.m. and prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night, plus tax.
LOST KEY OR ACCESS CARD / MISPLACE OF KEY OR ACCESS CARD:
Guests are liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost key or access card. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock, and replacement keys for the unit will be charged to the guest. In the event of misplacing of key or access card, we may charge you a handling fee for the arrangement of finding the key or access card or replacing the key.
We ask that you refrain from microwaving any pungent food as the odor is difficult to remove from fabric, a cleaning fee may be assessed. Most commercially prepared food intended for the microwave has not previously caused a problem, so we suggest that option. Microwaving your fresh caught trout will be an issue.
DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES:
A deposit is required to make an individual property reservation.
IdealHub is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a one (1) night full room cancellation fee. If you are staying more than one (1) night, only the first night and taxes will be charged. If you checked in and are unsatisfied with the property, you are allowed to cancel the booking and get a refund with IdealHub's approval. However, IdealHub has the right to charge cleaning fees if you have used the facilities (such as a shower in the bathroom and etc) and linens (uses the towel and etc) on the property.
NO SHOW CHARGES:
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a paid reservation will result in a No-Show fee being charged. You will only be charged the first night, one (1) night’s full room rate plus taxes, and the balance of the reservation will be canceled.
LOST & FOUND POLICY:
IdealHub assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact our reservation immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
IdealHub is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Records of Lost & Found items are retained for five years. A reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you. Additional charges may be required plus a RM 10.00 handling fee. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. IdealHub is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the service provider.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS/NO CONTACT:
Lost & Found items are held for fourteen (14) days while we attempt to contact the guest. If the guest's contact information is incorrect or the cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the fourteen (14) day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed of accordingly by IdealHub.
IdealHub enforces a No-Party Policy to ensure we can protect the property and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances, and/or noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the property without a refund. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without a refund and may access Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.
FREE WiFi ACCESS:
Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests. The WiFi access code is subject to change without notice. WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the location, the status of our WiFi equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals. IdealHub assumes no liability for guest use.
All staff is trained and required to respond to potential violations of our Accommodation Policy/House Rules. Guests who refuse to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by IdealHub for the safety of all guests, staff, owners, property, and the operation and management of the property will be evicted, with no refund. In addition to the room charge, a minimum RM300.00 cleaning fee per room will be charged for an infraction(s) of our Accommodation Policy/House Rules.
ILLNESS AND EPIDEMICS:
IdealHub reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease. In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearby healthcare facility. During epidemics, we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by local authorities. We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.
The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to our guests. If you bring any infestation into your room or onto our premises, we may charge you for any and all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.
PARKING AT OWN RISK:
All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. IdealHub shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. If a vehicle is left in the property parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of IdealHub, Idealhub reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF PROPERTY:
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), premises, or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the IdealHub property during your stay. IdealHub reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit or deduct security deposit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by IdealHub as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit, debit card or deduct any security deposit for any damage incurred to the booked property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists making the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
DAMAGE TO COMMON PROPERTIES / FACILITIES:
Should a guest, his/her family, or visitors damage any part of the common properties/facilities such as the swimming pool, playground, gymnasium, badminton court, multipurpose hall and etc, whether intentionally or not, shall be fully financially responsible for the costs of repairs, the penalty of breaking the property management's facilities usage rules, and other expenses of any nature connected with the incident.
DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT:
Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fees, administration fees, and/or third-party fees.
DAMAGE TO ROOM:
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. A security deposit will be deducted from the payment. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING:
Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article.
